By agreeing to these terms you acknowledge that BedandBreakfastCenter.com and its partners have the right
to use, reproduce, transmit and display any content or photos supplied by you in the course of
registering or configuring your listing. You agree that any photos sent to BedandBreakfastCenter.com cannot
be returned. You agree to the use of any photos you supply to market your property in any form. By
agreeing to these terms you specify that you have full ownership and rights to any images provided and
are not restricted by copyright in any way and that you authorize the use of the images and content
by BedandBreakfastCenter.com and its partners. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify BedandBreakfastCenter.com
from any liability, damage, claim or suit that may incure from the use of these materials.
BedandBreakfastCenter.com is not liable for nor makes any warranty relating to the completeness, accuracy or
