Napa, a one hour's drive from San Francisco, is one of the several towns located in the Napa Valley. The valley is known for its production of wine and Napa offers several bodegas and restaurants where you can sip some fine wine and indulge in (semi)professional wine-tasting. The Napa Valley Wine Train Tour offers a nice combination of excellent food and wine, finished off with some astonishing views of the surroundings. For the real venturesomes, a balloonflight might be a better option.
