Generally, the weather is considered continental, with January being the coldest month of the year and July being the warmest. Temperatures are given officially in degrees Celsius (C) with the Fahrenheit equivalent (F) often added. For an exact conversion of Celsius to Fahrenheit, multiply the Celsius temperature by 9/5 and add 32.
