Erie is located in the extreme northwest corner of Pennsylvania. It is approximately equidistant from Pittsburgh, Cleveland OH, and Buffalo NY. The city is located on the shores of Lake Erie, and no visitor should miss Presque Isle State Park, a sandy peninsula which stretches out into the lake. Erie is located on interstates 79 & 90, and has its own airport.
