Eggs Tuscany Palms
Egg white from hard-boiled egg cut up into a white sauce, poured over a piece of toast and then sprinkled with crumbled egg yolk.
Flour, eggs, bread, salt, and milk.
Hard-boil several eggs, then separate the yolk from the white, crumbling the yolk and cutting the white into small pieces; make a basic white sauce, using flour and milk, salt to taste; toast several slices of bread; mix the egg whites with the sauce, pour over the toast, sprinkle with the crumbled yolk, salt and pepper to taste.
