Spaghetti alla carbonara
Spaghetti with bacon and eggs
250 gr. bacon, smoked
Put the spaghetti to cook in boiling, salted water:
cut the bacon into dices and fry them with a little olive oil.
Beat the eggs into a bowl with a little black pepper on top.
when the spaghetti are cooked, keep some boiling water to add to the mixture, simmmer them and mix them with the eggs and bacon.
you can add a bit of parmisan chees and some pecorino cheese.
Preparation time: 20 minutes
