Marjorie's Apple Nut Bread

Don't Make Apple Pie.

Ingredients

1 teaspoon baking powder.
1/2 Cup honey
1/2 Cup brown sugar.
2 tablespoons whole wheat flour.
1 well-beaten egg.
3 unpeeled cooking apples,cored, and med. sliced.
1/2 cup chopped walnuts.

Steps
Pre-heat oven temp at 350F. Mix baking powder,honey,sugar, flour, and egg, Add apples and nuts. Bake 50mins (untill golden brown) in greased bread pan.

Preparation time: 20 mins.

Serves: 4-6
