German Apple Puff
Baked apple pancake
3 tart apples, 3/4 cup flour, 3/4 cup milk, 2 tbs. sugar, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 3 eggs, Honey, cinnamon and sugar mixture, 2 tbs. buter.
Peel and slice apples; set aside. Melt butter in deep dish pie pan. Add apples and drizzle with honey. Mix flour, milk, eggs, sugar and baking soda. Pour over eggs. Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min. Slice and serve with warm maple syrup. Serves 4
