Baked French Toast
Ingredients
1 loaf french bread 1 Carton Egg Beaters (8 Egg Equivalent) 1 cup Whipping Cream 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon salt Honey Butter 1/2 Cup Butter, Softened 1/2 Cup Honey 2 Tablespoons Whipping Cream
Steps
Slice bread into 20 1 inch slices. Arrange the slices in baking pan making sure slices are tightly fitted in the pan. In a larg bowl, combine eggs, cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Beat with wire whisk Carefully pour over bread slices covering evenly and between the slices. cover with saran wrap and refrigerate over night. In the morning, preheat oven to 350. Place soaked bread on greased baking pans. Bake 40 minutes until puffed and lightly golden.
