Being a small bed and breakfast, last-minute cancellations have a great effect as you would kindly understand. Therefore we request a 30 % deposit of the total payment more than 14 days in advance. If a cancellation is made 14 days or less before arrival date, the deposit is forfeited and non-refundable. A no-show is considered a cancellation.
Please note that full payment must be made for your reservation less deposit upon arrival.
In order to accept a credit card payment on site, we must be able to send you an email on site with the payment option. Therefore, please have all credit card information with you, the same as when you made your online deposit payment previously.
The one night free with one week stay promotion is a temporary promotion and may be discontinued at the discretion of the owner.

Look for us on the side street Eusebio A. Morales where it intersects the colorful main street of Via Veneto. Just one minute walking from the new casino resort at that intersection and directly adjacent the National car rental. Our building is called Edificio la Gloria, Apartment # 5.
