General Information

 
  • "The Quails Nest Inn" is located on the outskirts of Tombstone in a quiet residential neighborhood. We offer our 2 bedroom home to you as your "home away from home". There is a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals. Laundry facility is available. We even treat tired muscles with a massage by appointment. Accommodating your needs is our goal.

  • gardening retreat. We have three private patio areas surrounded by desert scape plants which attract wonderful hummingbirds and their friends. The pond is full of gold fish, turtles and frogs and the waterfall adds to the peaceful and tranquil environment.  
  • personal pamper retreat. Need some time away? "The Quails Nest" is the place to retreat to. Read a book in your jammies on the patio. Kick back and relax to the sound of the waterfall. Have a great massage. Be kind to yourself.    Special restrictions: massage by appointment

  • innkeepers description: Comfy, cozy best describes "The Quails Nest Inn"; designed for relaxation and as a private retreat. Our goal is to meet all your needs and earn a return visit from you and your friends. We are located in a friendly small residential area not far from a variety of adventurous activities. From reenactments of historic western waring factors to the modern day military maneuvers 25 miles away on Ft. Huachuca. Beautiful mountain areas to hike and ride are near by along with jeep tours and minning tours in both Tombstone and Bisbee. After your daily adventure return to the Quails Nest, put your feet up, have a cool drink and enjoy our beautiful sunsets. Your home away from home. !!!  
  • innkeeper's pets on property: Friendly little creatures at our home include aquatic turtles, fish, frogs, and a wonderful variety of birds to entertain you. We have several families of Quail that come to visit and dine with us every night. A neighbors cat might stroll by for a visit and we have deer that appear from time to time.

      "The Quails Nest" is your home away from home. Your comfort is our first priority.   Special restrictions: At this time we are not prepared to welcome pets.
  • description of surrounding area: We are located approximately 1 hour SE of Tucson Arizona. Surrounding the "Quails Nest" are several wonderful sight seeing excursions. Ft. Huachuca is the home of B-Troop and 25 minutes away. Bisbee is a wonderful and quaint little town to the east with great shops and friendly folks. Benson is 25 minutes away and a "must visit" the Kartcher Caverns. Tombstone "The town too tough to die" where you will find fine dinning, history, and plenty of shops to satisfy your souvenir needs. There are jeep tours, and if you enjoy hiking there are plenty of trails. The weather is warm and we invite you to stay with us for a week or a weekend or a much needed retreat.
