Special restrictions: The original house was built in the late 1700's and was enlarged and rebuilt in 1845 to look much the same as it does today. The back wing was added in 1888.
Nestled in the valley between 2 mountain ranges, elegant farmhouse B&B on 23 acres with magnificent barn, 2 secluded luxury cottages, and antique limousine. Ideal for romantic getaways, weddings, honeymoons and family gatherings.

The main house has 5 elegantly appointed guest rooms with canopy or sleigh beds and private baths, all with fireplaces.
Our secluded cottages were once the milkhouse and henhouse for the farm and feature a king bed, whirlpool or spa tub and shower, living room with satellite TV and DVD, gas-fired fireplace, dining area and kitchen.

White Rocks Inn offers this luxurious romantic package all year 'round (weather permitting). Treat yourself and that special someone to two nights of storybook romance! The package includes two romantic nights and days, with our bountiful gourmet breakfast served each morning. Select from our available rooms or cottages with queen or king beds and private baths, some with breathtaking views of the Green Mountains. In your room you will find specialty chocolates and a complimentary bottle of chilled champagne. On one of your two nights you will be taken on a chauffeured limousine ride in our classically restored 1939 Cadillac limousine to the Victorian Inn, where you will choose from an array of gourmet delights prepared by renowned Swiss chef Stanti, formerly executive chef at a Park Avenue restaurant in New York City and at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. Your package also includes a long-stemmed red rose for the lady to take to dinner and souvenir photos of your evening. Advance reservations and two night minimum are required. Availability may be limited on holiday weekends and in foliage season.

There is a 2-night minimum on weekends in the Israel Munson Room and the cottages all year round. Three night minimums may apply on certain holiday weekends.

cancellation policy:
In the unlikely event that you must cancel or reschedule we will make every effort to re-book your room. All cancellations incur a $25.00 service charge at the time of cancellation. If you find that you must cancel within 14 days (or 30 days for fall foliage and certain holiday periods) of your scheduled arrival, any portion of your reservation that we are unable to re-book will be charged to your card and we will issue you a house credit for that amount good for 6 months from the date of issue. House credits issued due to cancellations are for last minute availability only and are not good during fall foliage and other holiday and peak periods. No house credit will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of check in, no shows, late arrivals, or early departures.

One very friendly Golden Retriever, Maggie, who loves to give tours of the property. She thinks she is the assistant innkeeper. Two very shy cats, Cleo and Suzy, who stay in the owners' quarters.
