There is so much to do here that you will need more than one trip to see it all. As one of America's oldest cities and first resorts, we have much to offer from vineyards, gardens, mansions, sailing tours, scenic views, small shop shopping, award winning restaurants, beaches, history, architecture, art and much more. We have several Vacation Packages including Mansion Mania, Winter Getaway, Only Inn Rhode Island Bliss, Valentine's Day Gift, and much more. Packages include mansion tickets, massages, theatre/cabaret tickets with dinner, private candlelight dinners, gift baskets, flowers in the room, champagne/wine upon arrival and even homemade chocolates.|Full gourmet organic breakfast is included with each room. We can also cater to guests with gluten and lactose allergies. Thogh we do not have a kosher kitchen, we can try to cater to your needs. We also have a hot tub outside that is available at any time. Massages and other special arrangements can be made upon request if you do not want to purchase a full vacation package.|We are located 1 mile to Cliff Walk, 1/2 mile to downtown, 2 miles to the mansions and 5 minutes drive to the vineyards.

The Nellie Suite has a king bed with private bath and private sitting room. The sitting room has futon that folds to a full size bed to accommodate for extra guests. The Suite has TV/VCR/DVD and CD player, microwave, mini-fridge, selection of movies and tea/coffee/cocoa. The Suite is very romantic and private consisting of the entire thrid floor of the house overlooking the Victorian style gardens. Lucretia's Room has a queen bed with private bath that is just outside the room. It has a CD player, microwave, board games and selection of tea/coffee/cocoa. It also over looks the Victorian style gardens designed by our in-house Master Gardener.

Refunds will be issued if the cancellation was given at least 2 weeks prior to arrival minus a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the check-in date will be refunded only if the same reservation can be rebooked for another guest, otherwise there is no refund.
