Near downtown apartment 6 1/2 to shareWelcome to our 125 square meter 2 apartments to share. Located 5 minutes walk from metro station in downtown district. We are into South Center neighbourhood. Residential area near downtown into a quiet and safe street. We are within few minutes distance to all the main attractions as well as boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants and much more... Our place is clean, and we have 6 rooms for 1 to 5 peoples, with share bathroom, kitchen (save on restaurants fees!), telephone line (with free local calls and Canada main city calls, fax reception and answering service), cooker, refrigerator, toasters, microwave, dishes, pans, cable High-Speed Internet into every room, washing machine and ecological clothes line!|We are open year-round and our Apartment, will allow you to be close to Montreal's trendiest spots.
We have optional TV and Cable TV available for less than 1 $ a day.
Check-in time: WITH APOINTMENT: usually between 9 am to 9 pm (local time!) PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR APPROXIMATE ARRIVAL TIME. Credit card, Paypal, Interac and cash accepted. Luggage storage. 24 hours emergency. No lockout. No membership card to buy!|Optional healthy breakfast is 5 $ for toasts and jam or Organics cereals and milk with seasonal extra.
-Please note that there is a one shot extra fee deposit of 15 $ CAN per person if you need bedsheets (refundable if you clean and put on clothes line before leaving). You may bring your own bedsheets or sleeping bags if you wish. There is also a 15 $ deposit for the key. We also ask deposit for TV and Internet. By respect to other peoples there is a curfew as soon as someone is sleeping into the building, usually between 21 to 24 o?clock. Sorry, ?all night party? are not allowed.
Please note we do not accept pets and reservation for smokers and smoker guest cannot smoke inside our outside our no-smoking building. Note also dormitory may come with comfortable double pneumatic. If you prefer standard bed just reserve by email. Single bed will be 1 $/day and double bed 2 $/day for dormitory.

DESCRIPTION: 1929 building with wood floor and ceramic into the bathroom first floor. Concrete and wood on second floor. It is an old building but clean and cheap. Our prices are including a 100$ discount a day during the renovation of the building (no noise into the morning and night). - TV, VCR, DVD for less than 1 $ a day each.
- Healthy breakfast is less than 5 $ for toasts and jam or Organics cereals and milk with seasonal extra.
- Air conditioning 2 $/day|CURFEW WITOUT LOCKOUT: By respect to other peoples there is a curfew (but no lock-out) as soon as someone is sleeping into the building, usually between 21 to 24 o?clock. After that time every body have to be quiet. So sorry, ?all night party? are not allowed. See other youth hostel for that kind of sleepless nights! Here nights and days are quiet!

PARKING: Free and easy parking on the street but you have to move your car 4 times a week for street cleaning to void tickets from march 1st to December 1st and when they remove the snow!

-It is 4 streets East from Frontenac subway.
Exit right door and walk on Ontario Street for 4 streets away from the metro station and then turn left.
-From the airport: backpackers could take City bus for 2.50 $ but it will take about an hour and a half and steps to climb into the Metro. If you have heavy luggage we recommend a taxi 32$ flat rate or the aerobus for 13 $ then taxi for less than 10$ (+ tips) from bus central station.
-In car (you do not need car in Montreal): From Ville-Marie Higway (20) go east (name may change for Notre-Dame) exit left on Frontenac exit. Go north to Ontario street then turn right. Go east for 6 streets then turn left on Montgomery.

We are located between Olympic Park, the Village and the Plateau Mont-Royal. Easy parking on the street.

-Located into the more typical French Canadian working class neighbourhood in Montreal. Neighbour is improve every year by yuppies because of the proximity with downtown.
-But every thing around is still cheap. Eat complete meal from soup to coffee for only 4,95 $ CAN!
