We are located just south of Naples, New York and only about a half hour from most Finger Lakes attractions. We are also convenient to Letchworth State Park and Stony Brook State Park.

FROM SYRACUSE: Take NYS Thruway West to Exit 42 (Geneva). Take 14 South to Routes 5&20 West to Route 245. Turn left onto Route 245 and follow into Naples. Turn left onto Route 21 South and follow to North Cohocton. Continue straight (now Route 371) and travel approximately three miles to Villa on the right.
FROM SOUTH: Take Interstate 17 West to 390 North to Exit 2 (Cohocton). In center of village turn left at stop light onto Route 371 North. Villa is two miles ahead on left.
