Oversized rooms,with great views, fireplaces, privRuah is located on the northern end of Lake George where the simple pleasures are paramount. It is owned and operated by Judy and Peter Foster. Peter is a landscape architect and the spectacular gardens reflect his passion and talent. Judy is a floral designer and her touch is evident throughout the elegant home The inn has large, bright common rooms with massive windows that bring "The Queen of the Lakes" and the surrounding Adirondack Mountains into every room. The living room is 50 x 30 with several sitting areas and magnificent fieldstone fireplace. Some of the original antiques and paintings still furnish the house. The marvelous antique grand piano sits in the living room waiting for guests to sit and play.

From New York City & New Jersey:
Take New York State Thruway to I-87 (Northway) north to Exit 24 (Bolton Landing & Hague). Make a right off the exit, follow straight to the end of the road. Make a left onto Rte. 9N (Lake Shore Drive), approximately 15 miles to Hague. Ruah is on 9N (Lake Shore Drive) one mile north of the center of Hague.
From Points North:
Take I-87 (Northway) to Exit 24. Make a left off the exit & follow the same directions as from points south.
