Twelve distinct guestrooms occupy Chimney Hill's Estate Farm offering a quiet respite from the world.
Each room is tastefully decorated with period antiques, and all have private baths and many have canopied beds and fireplaces or Jacuzzis. Our well-equipped one bedroom Barn Suite Rooms offer all the modern amenities of phones, data ports, TV or TV/VCR, jacuzzi or jetted tubs.
Each suite also offers a Butler's Pantry with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, snacks, living room, table & chairs and a gas burning fireplace

* Travel approximately 7 miles on Route 29 North · Look for 'Howell Living Farm' sign
* Turn right onto Valley Road · Make your first left off Valley Road which is Goat Hill Road

* Take Take Interstate 78 West to 287 South to Somerville
* Follow Interstate 287 South to 202 South / Flemington Lambertville
* Exit Route 179 South (the Lambertville exit)
* Stay on Route 179 until you come to your first traffic light (Route 179 goes to the right - YOU GO STRAIGHT)
* Make the second left onto Swan Street (just after the HOPEWELL sign)
* Turn right onto Studdiford Street. This will change to Goat Hill Road
