good nights sleep and a hearty breakfast the next morning are yours at Lakeview B&BLakeview Bed & Breakfast is situated in the center of the Lakes Region making it a great location for any Lakes Region activities [Bike Week, Loudon Races, skiing, snowmobiling, "leaf peeping" or just relaxing].
The B&B is easy to get to from Boston (approx. 1.5 hours) or points south or north. We offer many attractions for both adults and children alike. Restaurants in the local area offer a variety of fares from hamburgers to Mexican, to duck, to Swiss/German cuisine. The Lakes Region also offers a variety of wonderful shopping and a variety of nice antique stores. And the place to stay for all of this is Lakeview Bed & Breakfast with it tastefully decorated rooms, wonderful hearty breakfast and warm "down home" hospitality.

All of our rooms have views of the lake and mountains beyond. Each feature unique decor and include a full breakfast each morning. Two of our room have private baths and two share a bath. All have color TV's with cable.

From Boston:
Take Route 3/93 north to exit 20. At the end of the off ramp turn left. Go 5.1 miles on Old Route 3 until the bridge over the lake. On the other side of bridge turn right at the blinking yellow signal. Then turn left into the first street and Lakeview Bed and Breakfast is straight ahead of your at the red and white farm house.
From the North:
Either take Route 93 south to exit 20 and follow the instructions above, or go to Laconia and then take Route 3 south out of Laconia 1.5 miles past the Belknap Mall on the left side you will see Lakeview Bed and Breakfast (the red and white farmhouse just past the railroad crossing). Turn left at the blinking light before the bridge, and left again into the first street. Lakeview Bed and Breakfast will be straight ahead.
