RESERVATION POLICY :
A deposit of 50% of your stay is required to secure a Reservation.
We guarantee your room by 3pm, and ask that you clear it by 11am. Should you need an early arrival or late departure, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you.
Please note we are a Smoke Free and Pet Free facility.
We do not offer elevators (Our Staff will be happy to help with your bags).
Sorry, but we cannot accommodate children under 12 Years Old
CANCELLATION POLICY :
In the event of cancellation, deposit will be returned less a $25 processing fee per room, if notice is received prior to 7 days (14 days during Holidays & Peak Foliage Season) of reservation date. We certainly understand situations arise that necessitate a cancellation, but we must institute a business policy.
