Four wonderful buildings nestled in the heart of the historic district... perfect for a memorable timeThe Captain Wohlt Bed & Breakfast Inn is located in the heart of Hermann Missouri's National Historic Register District. It is the perfedt place for everything from a romantic getaway to a family get-together. It is the ideal place for you to settle in for a weekend alone, or meet family and friends for a memorable time together. Our four suites and eight rooms, each with its own bath. are decorated with antiques and reproductions to take you back in time, while providing modern comforts and amenities. Socialize with others in our common dining room (available evenings for a snack, game or cup of tea), the Neighbor's great room or on a beautiful brick patio. If you prefer, enjoy the deck or charming garden area of your suite (Peters or Poeschel) alone.|Bask in the 2 person whirlpool of the Sammons or English suite. Gather with the family and friends in the sitting room of the Poeschel or Peters suite. For those who've had an exhilarating day on the Katy Trail, we have cozy rooms with beds and showers tucked under the attic gables. For time away from it all, choose one of the six larger rooms and full baths.

The Captain's home, built in 1886, offers five guest rooms, each with private bath and double or queen beds. The Sweetheart room is wheelchair-accessible. Three suites are located in two brick buildings, built circa 1840. Each consists of a gracious bed room (queen bed), sitting room, full bath and kitchenette.
One has a nursery, another has a two-person whirlpool bath. For groups of family or friends, two can be opened to provide a full house.|The Captain's Neighbor offers an elegant suite (with 2 person whirlpool), as well as two business-friendly rooms and a cozy room adjacent to the great room, where guests may socialize or small business meetings can be held.
