Welcome to the Catoctin Inn, circa 1780, a delightful Country Inn located on four acres with sweeping views of the historic village of Buckeystown and the Catoctin Mountain range.The Inn is decorated and furnished with antiques. Each guest room is uniquely decorated in honor of someone special to us. The guest rooms all have queen size beds, and are complete with the modern comforts--such as color televisions with cable, telephones and air conditioning. Fireplaces add to the warmth of a few of the guest rooms during the winter months. Each guest room has a private bathroom, one features a whirlpool bathtub. The Inn also offers guest rooms in the original out buildings on the property. The stable hand quarters have been added to, and now house 8 deluxe guest rooms. Each of the deluxe rooms offers a king size bed, 2 person whirlpool bathtub, gas fireplace, color TV w/cable and VCR (free movies), refrigerator, and coffee maker.|As a guest of the Inn you are invited to enjoy a full country breakfast each morning, served in the dining room or sun porch. The breakfast includes fresh fruit, juice, coffee and tea. Then we top off breakfast with scrumptious French toast or fluffy pancakes with bacon or sausage.|In addition to the wonderful accomodations offered, The Catoctin Inn offers a fine dining restaurant,specializing in upscale American Cuisine. Our restaurant staff is unequaled in the Frederick area. The restaurant is situated on the main level of the circa 1780 estate, the three elegant dining rooms were previously the library, the dining room, and the parlor.
