Located on Ocean Ave. mid-way between Dock Square and the ocean, our location is perfect for an easy walk to either place. A leisurely stroll to Parson's way to sit and watch the boats or in the other direction a visit to the shops and restaurants at Dock Square.

All our guest and common rooms were completely renovated. The renovations for all guest rooms include new beds, bedding and towels, soft his and her robes, flat screen television, Bose CD radios, and high speed Internet access. There are a total of four guest rooms. The Grantham room offers a king size bed with private bath and gas fireplace. This room has a clear view of the Kennebunk River. The James and Garrett suites are two mirror image suites. These suites offer a queen size bed, very large private bath with duel shower heads, and private sitting room with gas stove, and comfortable chairs and sofa. Both suites also have a nice view of the river. The Grantham, James and Garrett room and suites are located on the second floor. The Cottage suite is our premier and largest suite. This is located on the third floor. This suite has a queen size bed with a very large bathroom. The suite also has a large sitting room with gas stove and sofa. The Cottage Suite is located on the thrid floor.
