One night deposit or 50% of three nights or longer is required with all reservations. Deposits on cancellation made 14 days or longer prior to scheduled arrival date are refunded less $25. On cancellations less than 14 days, we make every attempt to rebook the rooms and refunds are based on that accomplishment.
