CANCELLATION POLICY:
A reservation deposit of $400.00 minimum (depending on the length of your stay)is due with the reservation .The balance will be due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
We accept personal checks, money orders. bank transfers Visa, Master Card and Discover Card.
There is a 2 % booking fee with credit card payments on the remaining balance, but not on the initial deposit.
Cancellation must be received 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date in order to receive a full refund minus 75.00 cancellation fee.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE KONA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:
Turn RIGHT on Highway 11.
Drive about 6 miles SOUTH to Palani Road ( traffic light).
Turn right and drive toward the ocean. Turn left at the Pier and continue on this road which is now Alii Drive.
Drive 3.5 miles along the ocean until you see Banyan Tree Condos on your right.
