Please consider your reservation as final. Deposit of 50% is required at time of reservation. The balance is charged 14 days prior to arrival. From Dec 16-Jan 16, there is a 21 day cancellation restriction. We encourage you to buy trip insurance. Early departures will not result in refunds. If you should cancel, a refund less $50 will be given. If cancellation occurs within the 14 or 21 day holiday period, you will forfeit your payment unless the entire stay can be rebooked.

Turn right on Route 24, 1.5 miles then turn left onto DePaul St. The Inn is at the corner of DePaul and S. Gunnison. From the North follow 24 South to the light in Buena Vista. Turn right, go 2 blocks and turn left on Gunnison.
