directions to property:
From San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge to Highway 101 North to Petaluma. East Washington Street/Bodega Bay exit, left on East Washington Street and continue west toward Bodega Bay. In Bodega Bay travel north on Highway 1 to Point Arena. This is the most beautiful drive on the north coast, enjoy it slowly, it should take about an hour and 45 minutes. When you enter Point Arena, you will be at Mendocino County Mile Marker 15.00, and you will see the City Limits sign (pop 440 elev 220). Left on Iversen Avenue, sign says "One Mile to the Wharf". Before Arena Cove you will see the Coast Guard House on your right high up on a hill. Go around a red building and up our driveway.
From Sacramento Take Highway 80 to Highway 37 west. Right on the Lakeville Highway toward Petaluma. Lakeville Highway to dead end at East Washington Street. Left on East Washington, continue west to Bodega Bay as above. Driving time is approximately 3 hours from San Francisco or the East Bay, a little longer from the Peninsula and South Bay. Sacramento will take about four hours.
