Each room of Redwood Tree House has been tastefully decorated with individual character and ambience in mind. The end result is the preservation of the property's historic charm with living environments to satisfy the most discriminating guests. The main house (two bedrooms/one bath, sleeps six to eight) and detached "La Casita" (large studio, sleeps two) can rent as one total property or as two individual units. Linens, towels, dinnerware, and cooking utensils are provided for both units.

cancellation policy:
PAYMENT TERMS: 50% deposit required to hold space; balance due 30 days prior to check in + $350 refundable security deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations are final. Cancellation notice must be received at least 45 days prior to scheduled check-in to receive a refund of deposit, less a $50.00 cancellation fee. If notice is received less than 45 days prior to scheduled check-in, and owners are unable to rebook the property for all or part of renter's confirmed stay at the same rate, the full applicable rate will be charged for those days. Owners will retain any Rent Deposit as liquidated damages as required to pay such applicable rate. There is no refund of rent for an early departure.
Restrictions: No pets. No smoking.
