The Weller House Bed & Breakfast Inn was built in 1886 and is Fort Bragg's most historic buildingIt is the city's sole residence on the National Registry of Historic Places. When Ted and Eva Kidwell bought it in 1996 they took on a complete restoration and renovation project, including reconstruction of the historic water tower, the tallest point in Fort Bragg. Guests can ascend it for whale watching, or for a commanding view of the ocean, town, and mountains.

Seven individually crafted guest rooms, all with private baths and Victorian appointments. Each of the rooms offers comfort, privacy, and quiet. Hand painted tiles, marble fireplaces, beautiful stained glass, fluffy down comforters, and other thoughtful details result in a luxurious escape. All of our rooms are decorated in the high Victorian style, have a Queen size bed (King in Midsummer), private bath in the room, and come with the very full breakfast served in our ballroom.
