Reservations can be secured by a credit card for one nights stay at the time of booking (50% for 4 or more nights). 14 day cancellation notice prior to arrival date is required for refund (minus a $20 cancellation fee per room booked). Less than 14 days notice of cancelling will result in a refund only if the room is re-rented.
Payment in full is due at check in.
No refunds for early departure.
