Nestled behind graceful cedars just a few minutes walk from the beach and oceanside restaurants our B&B features comfortable rooms; your perfect home away from home, or a convenient stop-over en-route to Vancouver Island destinations such as Tofino, the Comox Valley, Campbell River or further North.|From A Stone's Throw a short drive, bicycle ride or leisurely stroll along the beachfront brings you to the charming village of Qualicum Beach where shopping, art galleries, cafes and restaurants can be found.|If you prefer to spend your day at home, the spacious airy guest lounge leads into the private garden where you can enjoy the tranquility of the pond, cook on the barbeque, or relax in the gazebo.
In the cooler season you can snuggle up in front of the fire with a good book from the large selection in the reading corner, play board games or gather round the 32? HDMI television and DVD player to enjoy your favourite entertainment.

The furnishings in this room are reminiscent of a Cumberland farmhouse.
The queen bed has a beautiful wrought iron headboard. The lambskin rugs on the bed or floor immediately increase your sense of well-being.

In the Murrindindi room you will enjoy the ambience of an Australian homestead in the early years of the 20th century.
Experience the closeness of an old-fashioned double bed with a bolster pillow, just like great-grandma?s. If it gets chilly at night you can try the ?his and hers? stoneware hot water bottles wrapped in Australian flannel (called ?doctor flannel?) covers.
The private Murrindindi bathroom, which is downstairs, has a claw-foot bath tub with overhead shower where you can relax and soak at your leisure. We supply bathrobes for you to use during your stay.
A powder room upstairs is also available for your exclusive use.

For bookings of 1-2 days, when cancelling less than 7 days prior to arrival, payment for one night?s stay will be charged to your credit card.
For bookings of 3 or more days, when cancelling less than 7 days prior to arrival, payment of 40% of your reserved stay will be charged to your credit card.
Should you cut your reserved stay short, you will be charged for the full stay unless the room is re-booked.
