With its old fir hardwood floors and high ceilings, the interesting property has a history all of its own. The Harbour Guesthouse has had numerous vocations before becoming the comfortable abode that it is today, including an underground gambling house, a market and of course the place to shower and do laundry for all the transient boaters heading up and down the coast! Fully renovated in 2005 our bedrooms have quality bedding & linen, reading lamps, storage, desks or tables, storage hooks & racks and all of our rooms come with an ocean view. Fully equipped kitchen with supplies for 20+ guests. We have a microwave, fridge, pantry, recycling centre, and everything else you need to make a gourmet travellers meal.|Our 3 shared bathrooms contain all new fittings. Each bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.|We have 2 very comfortable lounge areas, with big comfy couches and a couple of hammocks. We also have a great coffee/meals bar that looks out across beautiful Georgia Straight and beyond to Vancouver Islands mountain peaks.
Our guests office space is set up with a PC, desk and sound system. We also have wireless access for those who bring their own laptops.
