This is the new baby born from Nest Hostels. If you liked the Red Nest Hostel, the Purple Nest Hostel will drive you crazy.
Located in the heart of Valencia city centre area, in an important street near the river Turia(the biggest park in town). Just a few minutes walk from the city´s most interesting cultural and architectural sights (Cathedral, Basilic, Plaza de la Reina, City Council Square, Barrio del Carmen...), well connected to the beach, the train station, the old city, the CIty of Arts and Sciencies and the best places to go out, from traditional 'tapas' bars to the hippest nightlife. We are in the middle of a characteristic area of the town, between the commercial area and the bohemian el Carmen district.
We have dorms with 4, 6, 8 and 10 beds and private rooms of 2, 3 and 4. All our big rooms are dorms: male, female or mixed. Clean communal (single sex) big bathrooms are located on each floor.
Our hostel has an easy, laidback atmosphere with warm and helpful staff on hand to help steer you to the beaches, bars, sites and sounds of Valencia and get you anything you need including free city maps and info and reservations for walking tours and bike rental. Our Bar offers you the chance to meet people from all over the world, have a couple of the cheapest pints in town, enjoy the great atmosphere that the Valencian night produces.|The Purple Nest youth hostel is a new and friendly hostel inspired by our experiences of travelling around the world as backpapers like you!! Due to these special events in Valencia we did some changes in the reservation process.
The minimum stay for these days are
1. LA TOMATINA: 3 nights (from 29th of August to 1st of September 2006)
In order to confirm the reservation we ask you for an advance payment of the full booking amount.
Please provide us the following details:
1. First and Last Name (of the cardholder)
2. Passport or ID-Number and date of issue
3. Nationality
4. Date of Birth
5. Credit card number and date of expiry
6. Date/time of arrival at Nest
Please send the requested information to our email address, allowing us to charge the full booking amount on your credit card.
In case we do not receive this confirmation during 14 days after you made the booking we will have to cancel your reservation.

Cross the big street (calle Xativa) in front of the train station (Estación del Norte) and go on straight, cross the square (Plaza del Ayuntamiento); at the end of the square turn right into calle St. Vicente Martir .At the traffic light turn right into calle de la Paz, at the end of it turn left and you are in Plaza Tetuan here we are in number 5.
