A clean and comfortable hostel close to everything Hatfield/Pretoria has to offer. Giving genuine backpacker rates for accommodation and tours without compensating on quality. Local tours and Kruger are specialities but ask about any tour you want!Welcome to 1322!! At the time of writing we are proud to say we are the top-rated hostel in Pretoria based on hostelworld client's ratings and one of only two hostels in Pretoria recommended by the Peace Corps to their members.
Stays of 5 nights or more have airport pick-ups for free , but even if you stay for less nights the pick-up rates are still excellent value.
Based in the lively suburb of Hatfield and its nightlife, which is within easy walking distance, we are in a safe area close to the University and its sports fields. Most embassies are also in the immediate vicinity. And while we do the work you enjoy our pool, a braai, cable television or a quiet read in the relaxing setting of our lovely garden. We take pride in the cleanliness of our hostel, hot showers all day and we provide soap and towels at the hand basins. Please note the double at R135 is a Wendy House with double bed, fan, electricity point, it also acts as one of the singles available.|Compare our tours and prices to others... we offer NO camping 3 or 5 day Kruger area trips for just R1995 or R2495 respectively and feedback on quality has been extremely positive. If you are determined to see Kruger with one of the big tour operators then you should still book with us, we give discounts based on the advertised price either through cash or hostel credit!|We have other fantastically priced trips, including local tours, such as a day safari to Pilanesberg NP where the Big 5 reside for just R395! We also go to Apartheid Museum, Soweto, Sterkfontein etc.

Mixed dorm is very spacious with two great showers en-suite as well as two basins, each bed has an individual light for reading etc while others sleep. The en-suite has a huge bed and shower/toilet in a separate attached room for private use. Extremely comfortable and popular!|The extremely comfortable doubles/twin have either wonderful views of the garden or are inside the main building with cupboard space. All have electricity points.|We have a number of options for singles and all are clean and spacious.
