Historic quality backpackers in beautiful Eastern Cape city of Port Elizabeth1 Cora Terrace, Port Elizabeth is positioned in the historical centre of the city. Built in the 1850's, this backpacking lodge is full of character - high ceilings, oregon wooden floors, old fireplaces. The building is three storeys high with the bottom and middle section dedicated to backpackers. Dorms with bunk beds and a private room are available. Kitchen, lounge, balcony, dining room, pub and pool table, pool and braai area.|Although our rates are low, we pride ourselves in cleanliness and the quality of our accommodation.

From the N2 Highway take the M4 Settlers Way highway (Summerstrand). Follow until the Russel Road turnoff. Turn left at Rink Street (1st Engen Garage). The road spilts, keep left into Bird Street. Park at 22 Bird Street. Cora Terrace is a walkway off Bird Street.

Historic area of Port Elizabeth with numerous museams. Nelson Mandela's home city, in acyual fact the metropolitan is named Nelson Mandela Bay Metro.
Lovely beaches nearby. Addo Elephant National Park is reasonably close by. Lots to see and do. make sure the visit is for a couple of days.
