Centrally located, Dunes is a stone's throw from the ocean, close to major shops and banks, an adventure booking centre, and Swakopmund's notorious nightlife! We offer affordable, comfortable accommodation in either dorm (4 to 8 beds per room) or twin format. Approaching Swakopmund on the main road from Walvis Bay, cross the bridge over the Swakop River. Take the second left turn into Anton Lubowski Avenue, and head towards the ocean. Dunes Backpackers Lodge is number 12, on the right hand side next to the Europahof Hotel.
We are also within walking distance from the Intercape Bus Stop in town.
