Third International Art Festival 'Merida-Cultural Capital? Date: January 5th - 30th Location: Mérida, Yucatán
This great festival will be wonderful for celebrating the foundation of our city of Mérida 465 years ago. The festival features music, dance, poetry readings, photography exhibitions as well as films. We will have the participation of many local and international artists.

There are seven rooms at your disposal.
? Most rooms have four single beds, in the form of bunk-beds. ? We have four rooms with air-conditioning, private bathroom, desk, and a closet with four individual lockers.|Two rooms with ceiling fans, mosquito screens on the windows, shared bathroom and individual lockers|For those who prefer more privacy, we have a spacious room with a large double bed, private bathroom, ceiling fan and hooks to hang the Yucatecan hammock you have always wanted to try.

The most comfortable, fast and economic means to transportation arrive is by taxi. The taxis outside of the Terminal ?ADO?, knows the hostel very well, and they will give you all the information and offer a very good service.
directions to property:
LOCATION The Hostel is located in Mérida down town, in a private and calm neighborhood called Mejorada. It?s located to 10 minutes walking, of the Government Palace, of the Museum of the City, the House of Montejo ?the Young man? and the Cathedral of San Ildefonso. To only 5 minutes of the Hostel Faby, stay the Museum of the Yucatecan Song. From the bus station (ADO), turn to the left and walk 3 blocks until you find 63th street, then turn to your right and walk 5 blocks and you will be in the Main Square. Continue walking on the 63 th street, 8 more blocks and when you see the 44th street, turn to the left and that is the street of Faby Hostel. We are to 3 and 4 streets respectively of the bus stations: Terminal center and the Northeast, buses that go to the Mayan towns of the region.

Mejorada: Originally, seven archways marked the boundaries of the city, unfortunately only three survived to modern times, two of which are situated only five minutes from the hostel, the archways of the Bridge and the Dragon's. These can be admired on the way to the Main Square
