Great B&B just in Siena historical centre, with garden and new roomsOur B&B is an old Tuscan farmhouse newly renovated, with style and all comforts in the rooms. All of 12 rooms have private bathroom, SAT lcd TV, minibar, safety box, telephone. They are all very nicely furnished and decorated. Our location is ideal to discover Siena and its beauties. Infact, we are at 5 minutes walk to the historical centre, but we have a breathtaking view over the surroundings. From here, it's easy to start travelling around Chianti, Val D'Orcia, San Gimignano and many other beautiful renown places of Siena county.|Since we are located on a hill, we have a private parking and a large private garden equipped with tables and sun umbrellas, so that you can enjoy breakfast outside from Spring to Autumn.|Our breakfast offers a variety of delicious food, with warm drinks, fresh coffee. It's a buffet breakfast, so you can enjoy as much of it as you wish.

Rooms are very nicely furnished and they have been recently renovated, so all private bathroom have a shower, hair drier.
They all have large window over the garden and they are very silent, so to let you sleep fine. Each room is very spacious and have wooden floor.
They are all equipped with lcd SAT tv, with minibar, safety box, private telephone. Each room has individual air conditioning.
