Offering excellent privacy, a heated swimming pool and gorgeous scenery, it is perfect for a peaceful break in the countryside or to explore the delights of Tuscany and Umbria Our apartments sleep a maximum of 4. each has a double bedroom, bathroom (en-suite), a sitting room with very comfortable sofa-bed and a fully equipped kitchen (Cooker, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, toaster etc). One of the apartments has its own private terrace the other a romantic style four poster bed.|Breakfast is not included in the rate for our apartments, however this can be provided, as can a basket of freshly baked rolls and pastries in the apartment for a small additional cost.|Our 14 meter (46? x 23?) solar heated swimming pool with sun terraces is set on a small hillside with panoramic views of the valley and the small Tuscan hillside villages nearby

Casa Portagioia is a deluxe country residence offering apartments of four star qualities. Apartments sleep from two to four people. Heated Swimming pool with breathtaking views of the Valle di Chio. All rooms have splendid views of the gardens and local countryside. All of the accommodation has been tastfully restored to provide all the traditions of Tuscany with all the modern amenities required by the decerning traveller|The area: The main town is Castiglion Fiorentino, a medieval town with Etruscan heritage. From here you can visit Cortona and Arezzo which are about 15 minutes away or, within an hours drive you are able to visit many Tuscan and Ubrian towns such as Florence, Siena, Assisi, the Chianti region, Montepulciano - to name but a few. There is a train station at Castiglion with trains to Rome and Florence|Romantic apartment: 'Andreocci' Main bedroom, Bed (5') plus comfortable sofa-bed in sitting room.
