Your real ?home from home?, we furnished our guesthouse by thinking how we would feel if we were abroad on business or on holiday.Our apartment is decorated with the utmost care , in order to offer our guests a ?home from home?* a stylishly decorated, ample bedroom with a king size bed (cm 190*200) o two single beds(95*200),lcd 20 inches TV and a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer ;
Living room with another single bed usable also as a sofa.
*the kitchen is fully equipped with: refrigerator, freezer, iron,iron board,plates,glasses,pans,mokas.
*Complimentary coffee sets and tea bags,oil,vinegar.
Our accommodation can easily accommodate three adults. Baby equipment is available on request.
We would also like to inform you that in via Collegio di Spagna you can find restaurant- pizzeria "il Tarì", a couple of coffee shops and a fine food, fruit and vegetable shop if you want to arrange a dinner for yourself. You will also find the ancient "Farmacia della Pigna" a pharmacy that dates back to the fifteenth century and an one internet point.

They start from 55 to 180 euros depending on the season and number of customers occuping the flat .

The flat rate goes from 55 euros to 180 depending on low and hight season. Please contact us for informations.
If the apartment is available you can confirm your reservation by paying 50% of total amount by wire transfer. After that you will receive a confirmation email. Upon you arrival you will pay cash the balance, togheter with a 100 euro deposit that will be refunded before you leave if there is no damage or keys lost

The Collegio di Spagna is a functional two-storey building, with the rooms distribuited along the arcaded courtyard in the center. Encompassed by a crenellated wall, it has a valuable entranceportal made by Formigine (1525). It includesalso the gotic church of San Clemente (14th century) with a nice polyptyc by Marco Zoppo venetian

Our flat is well connected to the airport and to the railways station so can easly reach us:
A pick up service is available on request against payment from airport, railways station and main parking areas, for information please contact us.
From the airport you can catch a cab or the shuttle bus named BLQ, get off at the 1st stop in via Indipendenza cross the street then an get bus number 20 that will drive you to collegio di Spagna bus stop.
From the railways station cross the street and 100 mts to your left get bus E ask the driver for collegio di spagna bus stop.
