Comfortable traditional Lot Farmhouse in the Lot valley,Four Chambres d'Hotes each with it's own en-suite bathroom,10 x 5 swimming Pool, surrounded by vineyards and Forest.Close to amenities and a short drive to the lot Capital Cahors.A former Tabacco Farm House in the last century,this fine example of a traditional Lot Farmhouse has been improved and sympathetically restored by the current owners Mark and Fiona.Main features are original heavy Oak beams on the ground level in the Kitchen and Dining Rooms.The same in the two bedrooms at the Grenier level.One Quad and two double bedrooms all newly fitted and moderised with tea/coffee facilities,each supplied with free linen and towels.Each has it's own en-suite bath/shower room.There is also a Twin bedroom with it's own en-suite shower room. Living room with log fire, books, games, English TV and combi Video/DVD player. The host can provide evening meals consisting four course meals including wine.Vegetarian meals can be provided with reasonable notice.All served in the Oak beamed Dining room.Guest can use the 10 x 5 metre Swimming Pool or for a small charge hire mountain bikes to explore the many tracks and open countryside.The Pool has a large Pool terrace with Parasols and sun beds for Guest to use.A summer kitchen and Barbeque are also avaiable to guest.|La Maison Rose is set in 15 acres, comprising lawns,orchard and open fields that are home to a few sheep on occasions.There also a few hens that provide fresh eggs to the farmhouse! There is a large courtyard for guest car parking and play a game of Boules!|La maison Rose is situated in the quiet hamlet of Niaudon on the D172 about 2.5km Norteast from the attractive and popluar village of Prayssac with its pavement cafes and shops.The area is surrounded by vineyards and our biggest attraction is the Lot River with fishing,canoeing and nature trails.The Capital of the Lot is Cahors about 25Km to the east.

cancellation policy:
We require a deposit of 25% of the rental for bookings over three or more nights.Payment in Cheque, English,French, American etc Remaining rental payable on day of departure.The only exception to the above is for the Months of July and August when we require 40% deposit.We require the minimum of 14 days written notice of a booking cancellation.We cannot return depoits for any shorter cancellation.We strongly advise guest to take out suitable travel Insurance for protection.

By car via Calais/Paris take the A20 south to Cahors.Look for the D911 through Mercues and onto castlefranc.Keep on this road and enter Prayssac.Drive through village centre and head North on the D67.After 1.5km turn right onto D172 signed Goujounac.About 1km sign for Niaudon.La Maison Rose is about 350 metres on the right.
