  This bed and breakfast accommodation is perfectly located for holidays in Norfolk, 3 miles from Fakenham and 2 miles from Little Walsingham.The small village of East Barsham is in a little valley which carries the River Stiffkey between the rolling hills of this unspoilt part of rural England.

This family home, once a Victorian school and schoolmaster's cottage, is an ideal base from which to explore the Norfolk coast and the many historical places in this area.

      All of the guest rooms are in the cottage part of the building - offering tranquil and private accommodation with its own entrance.

    Each room has a colour television, plus tea and coffee making facilities.

    Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor, with a double bed and an adjoining private toilet and shower room. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are on first floor level.

    Bedroom 2 has a single bed and overlooks the rear garden. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, an original feature fireplace and views over the River Stiffkey.

    Bedroom 4 has twin beds, an original fireplace and fitted clothes cupboard. It overlooks the rear courtyard, with its sanctuary garden and flower beds.
