General Information

  Romance abounds on our 9 peaceful acresThe Honeywood Lodge and Bed Honeywood Inn are ideally located just over a mile from Mount Mansfield and Smuggler's Notch. In the winter if downhill skiing isn't for you, you can cross-country ski right from our Inn door. In the summer hike or bike Mount Mansfield, drive through Smuggler's Notch, and for the brave bike through the notch, which runs between Stowe and the other side of the mountain.

  The Honeywood Inn has 8 rooms and 2 suites. Enjoy the Mountain views and cozy ambiance in our Austrian style Inn. All our Inn rooms are large with private baths, and each room and suite is individually decorated in a country decor with quilts, antiques and some canopy, brass and sleigh beds. Each room has Individual heat control and A/C in the summer. We have a large guest livingroom and a separate TV room with satellite TV.

    Interstate 89 to exit 10 in Vermont (Waterbury/Stowe). Route 100 north to Stowe 9.9 miles to 3 way stop. Left at stop onto route 108 (Mountain Rd.). The Honeywood Country Lodge is 4.5 miles up on your left, The Honeywood Inn is the next driveway on your left or 4.6 miles up on the left.  
  • description of surrounding area: Walk, snowshoe or ski the beautiful countryside on Stowe's famed recreation path to the center of town. Then browse some of Stowe's many unique and quaint shops, in what is one of the world's most loved ski & summer resort towns. There are many antique shops in the area well, for those who enjoy antiquing.
