The property consists of the inn, a large carriage barn, extensive gardens and ample parking. The gardens are magnificent with walkways, fish pond with waterfall and Adirondack chairs to sit and read a book.
From the moment you enter, you are drawn to the original detailing and craftsmanship of the woodwork. The home has been tastefully decorated within the past 5 years in Bradford, Laura Ashley and Waverly wallpapers

All of the guest rooms have their own large private bathroom. Each room is decorated with coordinating fabrics for the curtains, bedspreads and wallpaper within the last 5 years. Most rooms are in a turret so there area many windows and lots of light. Every room has comfortable sitting chairs to curl up and read a book. There is a small refrigerator and bar area for guests to use on the second floor.

From New York:
New York Thruway (I-87) to exit 24. Northway to Exit 20. Route 149 to Fort Ann, N.Y. Route 4 to 22A north to Route 7. Route 7 to I-189 East to I-89, South to Exit 11. Turn East onto Route 2 to the village of Richmond. At the village light, turn Left onto Jericho Road. Follow as it turns into Brown's Trace Road for approximately 8 miles. Brown's Trace Road will end at Route 15. Turn Right and travel just under 1.0 mile to the Sinclair Inn at the edge of Underhill Flats. Look for a big Victorian on the left side of the road.
From Boston:
I-93 to I-89 to Exit 12, VT. Route 2 A north to Essex Junction. Route 15 East to Underhill.
From Montreal:
I-89 to Exit 12, VT. Route 2A north to Essex Junction. Route 15 East to Underhill
