A delicious full breakfast served on fine china each morning at 8:30, typical fare with savories and sweets is quiche, fruit, home-baked breads, juice or smoothies, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and hot cider.|Lovely antique Victorian furnishings, handmade vintage linens dripping with lace and embroidery welcome you to step back in time and enjoy the enchanting and gracious pleasures of a bygone era with Olde World country charm.|Four antique-filled romantic bedchambers await you at the top of an inviting winding staircase.One more charming room is on the main floor with a private garden entrance.

The Rose Room is a delightfully romantic bedchamber with an 1890's oak queen bed tucked under the eaves on the second floor. The two windows overlook the front garden with climbing roses blooming just outside. It is decorated in rose and teal with roses. There is also a vintage sofa in the room for your relaxing pleasure. The large private bathroom is crowned with an antique claw foot bath tub and hand held shower. This is a favorite with our guests! The Hollyhock Room beckons you to snuggle into this 1890's heavily carved high maple bed with a crown canopy. It is decorated in a soothing peach and green wallpaper and filled with Victorian charm. Tucked into one corner is an overstuffed reading chair with ottoman and a vintage floor lamp with Victorian shade. The antique maple and oak furnishings ooze charm and warmth to make you feel quite at home. The quaint private bath with shower is a favorite with the sink mounted in an antique treadle sewing machine cabinet! This is the Innkeepers favorite room.|The Forget-me-not Room is a spacious Victorian bed chamber is filled with lovely, turn of the century, burled walnut furniture. Sit at the marble topped lady's vanity to leisurely prepare yourself for a day of sightseeing and theatre. With a high queen bed and twin bed, both with pillowtops and handmade quilts, this enchanting chamber can sleep 3 comfortably. The private bath has a large shower and pedestal sink. The rose and blue Laura Ashley wallpaper add to the feeling that you've stepped back in time to another era in this enchanting room. For added space, this room also connects to the Lilac Room (also with private bath) to sleep a total of 5! Ideal for groups!|The Lilac Room is a cozy bedchamber with a high turn- of-the-century queen bed (bedsteps provided) and a private entrance from the garden. Decorated in lilac, pink and green with an oak floor and private bath with large shower. The Victorian marble topped dresser is a family piece as is one of the bed side tables. This is one of our more popular rooms. Many guests request this room for its privacy and access to the garden. For added space it connects to the Forget-me-not Room.The two rooms together sleep a total of 5! Ideal for groups.

We are located about two blocks down on the left (east) side of the street. The Garden Cottage Bed and Breakfast is a little English cottage trimmed in blue and covered in roses. There is a sign out front and a cottage garden.
