  a Traditional Bed and Breakfast located in the Plemons-Eckle Historic district, close to downtown AmarilloLa Casita del Sol is one of Amarillo's historic homes, built in the Spanish eclectic style as interpreted by architect Guy A. Carlander in 1926.While maintaining the architectural integrity of the home, the owner accomplished an extensive reconstruction and modern renovation in 1999.    
Accommodations

  La Casita del Sol has 4 bedrooms, each with private bath, TV and VCR. Each bedroom has its own theme, and either opens on to or looks upon the expansive private, walled garden that is in the Spanish tradition To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we air-dry the sheets outside. Hardwood floors and down comforters are gentle on allergies, and we make every effort to accommodate your special needs.
