More than a trip, it?s a cultural experience...My city is gorgeous, built in to the hills, a place where you could - and probably will! - spend hours wandering around the little streets in the hills and going up and down the lifts. Most of our guest houses are a 'home away from home.' Places to stay that are run by locals who have lived here for more than 20 years, and foreign neighbours who have decided to stay and live in my city. We are not a 'typical' property because we are more than just a friendly place to stay. The best way to experience a foreign place is with the locals, and that's what makes us different. We will share our home life with you because we do not see you as a tourist, we see you as a traveller, a friend who wants to see and learn how we live from day to day: where daily life becomes poetry.|We open the doors of our own homes to you because we are ready and willing to give and share what is ours. You will find that we not only know the touristy places of interest, but also the little streets impregnated with smells and emotions. We know 'real life.'|Ideally situated for central Valparaíso, our B&B are located in the heart of exclusive Cerro Alegre and are ideal for families, students, backpackers or people who need a 'home from home' offering a good standard of accommodation and privacy - for a few days or a few months.

From de Bus Terminal (option 1)
Take a taxi to Galos street n°660 in Cerro Alegre. Close to 'Iglesia San Luis'. Make a deal with the taxi driver before you pay for 3.000 pesos.
From de Bus Terminal (option 2)
You can take any bus to Bellavista Street, (ask the driver to drop you at Bellavista Street). (10 minutes from the bus terminal). Enjoy the public centre of the city. From Bellavista street walk two blocks streight ahead to Anibal Pinto square, crossing the Tax Buildings. Then take a taxi (1000 pesos) or share-colectivos (300 pesos) to Galos street (3 minutes). We are on the left nº660.
From the Bus Terminal (option 3.)
You must take the green bus 'O' going right on Av. Argentina (1 block from bus terminal). Ask the driver to drop you at the 'Plazuela San Luis' (20 minutes). Enjoy the panoramic views of the city from the right hand side of the bus. From the Plazuela walk one block down Almirante Montt then turn right, We are on the right nº660.

Cultural tourists coming to this city, which was made World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2003. can feel the peculiar attraction of this charming city port.
As a result of cultural syncretism and a unique topography, Valparaíso has a cosmopolitan atmosphere. The locals show a strongly defined personality which is seen through Valpo's eclectic architecture.
The softly trundling hill side trams that criss-cross the city slopes offer the best view points available in Valpo. The lifts of Valpo are the veins of the town, taking us from the heart of the center to the pretty neighborhoods in the hills.
