An ancient mill on the Arno dating back to the 13th century and still intact in its charm. It is completely surrounded by nature and located in the vicinity of a small village offering a bar, a newsstand, some shops and a restaurant.
The center of Florence lies less than 5 Km away and can be easily reached by car, by bus or by a bicycle path running along the riverside. There are ample and well-equipped outdoor spaces (the garden and the terrace give onto the river). Breakfast is offered in a veranda. The bedrooms, baths and a separate hall occupy a wing that is completely reserved to guests. In a finely restored setting, the bedrooms are furnished with antiques and are provided with satellite-dish television. A refrigerator is available. Private parking.
