deposit amount required:
A Advance Reservation Payment equal to the cost of 1-night's stay, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The entire balance is due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date.
check in/out times are:
Check-in time is 4:00PM (or after).
Check-out time is 11:00AM (prompt).
cancellation policy:
If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, there is a $65.00 Cancellation Fee, and the remaining balance is credited back to our Guest via company check. 20 through 15-days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment*. 14-days or less forfeits the entire rental amount*. *Unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration and at the same rental rate, in which case only the $65.00 Cancellation Fee applies.

FROM SEATTLE: Take I-5 (N) to Bellingham exit #255 (Sunset Drive / Mt. Baker Hwy #542). Turn right at the end of the offramp, and proceed (E) directly to our offices in the village of Maple Falls. Approximate driving time: 2-hours.
FROM VANCOUVER, B.C: Take Highway 99 (S) to the Canada / U.S.A. border crossing, then I-5 (S) to Bellingham exit #255 (Sunset Drive / Mt. Baker Hwy #542). Turn left at the end of the offramp and proceed (E) directly to our offices in the village of Maple Falls. Approximate driving time: 1.5-hours.
