  • innkeepers description: Hostess Susan Livingston offers caring and friendly hospitality. Owner of this home since 1964, she began welcoming bed and breakfast guests in 1985. She is happy to share her knowledge of the area and its history. Mother of three grown children and Nana to two grandchildren, Susan is a recently retired bridal dressmaker and calligraphist. Recreationally, she is a nationally ranked Masters swimmer and tandem cyclist.

  • directions to property: FROM BOSTON/LOGAN AIRPORT: Take Route 1A North for seven miles. Bear right at sign to Nahant-Swampscott. Go around rotary on to LynnShore Drive. Continue straight on Route 129 into Marblehead. Turn off Atlantic Ave. on to Hawkes Street just after The Fruit of Four Seasons store on the right. Turn left on to Gregory St. #23 is on the left before hill. FROM CAPE COD: Take I-93N to Ted williams tunnel to Route 1A. Follow directions above. From I-95N: Stay on Rt. 128 to exit 25A(Rte. 114) to Salem/Marblehead. Go 5 1/2 miles on 114 through Salem, past Salem College, to Marblehead. Turn right at the Fire Station on to Ocean Ave. Turn left at next light on to Atlantic Ave. Follow directions above. FROM MAINE & COASTAL NEW HAMPSHIRE:I-95 south to Route 128 NORTH to Exit 114. Continue on 114 as described above.
