The Franklin-Pearson House is a Bed and Breakfast Inn located inside a lovingly restored old railroad hotel. Our two-story facility has 9 guest rooms, conference room, and upstairs and downstairs sitting rooms. All of our guest rooms feature private bath facilities, and most have restored original bath fixures from the 'old hotel'. Our location in historic downtown Cowan is only steps away from specialty shopping and fine dining, and is only a short walk from the Cowan Railroad Museum. The University of the South at Sewanee is only seven miles 'up the mountain', and other fine attractions are also nearby.
